Jagmohan Bone Joint Clinic

Jagmohan Bone Joint Clinic is on the ground floor over at Qp 2 in Pitampura. We chose the ground floor because it makes it a lot easier for people with bad knees or back pain to get inside without struggling with stairs. Pitampura is a busy residential area, so we get a lot of local folks stopping by. The clinic isn't very large; it’s basically a waiting area and a couple of rooms for exams. I spend a lot of time sitting at the front desk or helping people get settled in their chairs. You can see the street from the front window, and there’s always someone walking their dog or heading to the shops. We have some posters on the wall showing how bones work, but they are a bit faded now. The floor is easy to clean, which is good because people bring in a lot of dust from outside. It’s a simple operation here. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; people just find us because they live nearby and need help with their joints. I usually have a radio playing softly in the background to fill the silence. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a loud humming sound, but it keeps us cool during the Delhi summers. We just focus on the people who come through the door and try to help them feel a bit better before they head back home in Pitampura.
