People usually find us because we’re right there near the Pitampura Main Stand. It gets pretty loud outside with all the traffic and people coming and going, but that’s just how this part of North West Pitampura is. We’ve been here for a good while now, and the building has its quirks, like the elevator that sometimes takes a bit too long or the reception desk that always seems to have a pile of paperwork on it. Most of the staff live nearby, so they know the shortcuts through the lanes to get here on time even when the main road is blocked. It’s a busy place. Some mornings are just a blur of people checking in and the smell of floor cleaner. We don’t have those fancy waiting rooms you see in movies, just chairs where people sit and wait their turn while the ceiling fans hum overhead. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the hallways when the shifts change. It’s just us doing what we do every day. There’s always someone asking for directions or a glass of water at the front desk. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can, but medicine is rarely quick. If you’ve walked past the Pitampura stand lately, you probably saw our sign. It’s not the newest, but it helps folks find the door. We just show up, put on our coats, and deal with whatever comes through the entrance that day, whether it’s a small thing or something more serious.
