Justclick Ventures (India) Private

The office for Justclick Ventures (India) Private Limited is located at House No-4, Block- D-2 in Model Town-3. It is a residential house, so when you walk in, it does not feel like a typical corporate environment at all. We have turned the rooms into offices, but you can still tell it was a home once. There is a small yard in the front where a couple of us park our scooters. Inside, it is just a bunch of desks and chairs crowded into the rooms. We do not have a fancy reception area or a person sitting at a front desk to greet people. We usually just shout to each other from different rooms when we need something. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is nice when we are trying to concentrate on our work. We do not have any grand statements about our goals or visions on the walls. We just have our computers and a lot of notebooks. Most days are spent answering emails and handling the usual business stuff that comes up. We take our breaks in the small kitchen area or walk down the street to get some fresh air. It is a very low-key way to run a company. We like the fact that it is not a cold, sterile office building. It feels more personal and real. We just do our work and go home. That is about it.
