Being located at 2, Institutional Area in Sector - 3, Rohini, means we are right in the middle of everything. This part of Rohini is always buzzing with activity. Our building is easy to spot, but the entrance can be a bit crowded with all the ambulances and visitors. Inside, we have several floors dedicated to different types of care. It’s a functional setup, meant to move people through efficiently. The floors are always being mopped, and there’s a constant stream of people coming and going. We have a lot of long-term staff who know the ins and outs of the place perfectly. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important work. We deal with all sorts of situations every day. Sometimes it’s stressful, especially when the emergency room gets a sudden influx of people. But we just stick to our routines and help each other out. The neighborhood around us has changed a lot over the years, with more shops and houses popping up, but we’ve remained a steady presence here in Sector 3. People know they can come to us when they have a problem. We don’t bother with fancy brochures or big promises. We just open the doors every morning and do our best to help whoever needs it. It’s a busy, noisy, and very real place to work. We focus on the tasks at hand and getting through the day while making sure everyone is looked after.
