You can find our shop right on the main road in Krishna Vihar, over in the Rohini area. It’s shop number B 2 A, so it’s pretty easy to spot if you are walking along the street. The area is usually full of people going about their business, and we’re just another part of that daily scene. We’ve been here for a while now, and the shop has become a bit of a familiar sight for the locals. It’s not a very big space, but we keep it organized enough to get our work done. Most of the time, it’s just one or two of us here handling whatever comes up. We don't go in for all the fancy decorations or big advertisements you see elsewhere. We prefer to just keep things simple and honest. When people stop by, we talk to them plainly about what they need. There is no corporate script or anything like that here. If the weather is nice, we might have the door open to catch a breeze, though the dust from the road can be a bit much sometimes. It’s a very grounded way to work, being right there on the street level where everyone passes by. We take things one day at a time, making sure we handle our responsibilities and keep the shop running smoothly for whoever walks in. We don't have many employees, just a couple of us who know the routine and do the work.
