You can find us out on G T Karnal Road. It’s a long road and can get pretty congested with all the trucks and commuters, but we’ve found our little space here at Astro Help Center. The location is practical because it’s easy to explain to people, even if the traffic is a bit of a headache in the mornings. We don't have a big, shiny lobby with a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door is the one who says hello. The building is just a standard brick and mortar place, nothing that would win an architecture award. Inside, it's mostly bookshelves and a few desks where we spend our time. It gets a bit dusty because of the road outside, so we spend a fair amount of time cleaning up. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy brochures or high-tech gadgets. We just provide a place for people to come when they have questions. It’s a simple operation, really. Some days are quieter than others, and we might just sit and chat while we wait for things to pick up. We've got a small kettle in the back for tea, which is pretty much the heart of the office. It’s just a regular workplace on a busy road where we try to stay helpful and grounded. We like the pace of things here, even when it's chaotic outside. There’s always someone here to answer the phone or open the door for a visitor.
