Fedelta Management Solutions Private Limited is based out of Aastha Kunj in Sector-18, Rohini. We are up on the third floor in Flat-305, Block-E. It’s a decent spot in North West Delhi, and the view from the window isn't half bad on a clear day. Management solutions is a broad term, but for us, it just means we help manage the bits and pieces of business that other people find annoying or difficult. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees; we’re a small team that knows each other’s names and how we all take our coffee. The building itself is usually pretty busy with people coming and going from different flats. Sometimes the lift acts up, but walking the stairs is good for us anyway. We keep the office fairly simple with just what we need to get the daily tasks finished. It’s not about having the flashiest furniture or a lobby with a waterfall. We just want a reliable place to sit and work through the files and emails that come our way. People sometimes ask what the name means, and we just tell them it’s the name we picked when we registered the company. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for a while now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It feels like home to us now, even if it is just a place where we do our daily work.
