Deepak Ice Cream

Deepak Ice Cream has been here in Rohini Sector 4 for a while now. Most people know us because we are right near Saint Giri School. It’s a busy spot, especially when school lets out and the kids come running. We just keep our freezers running and make sure there is enough for everyone who stops by. It isn't a fancy place, just a regular shop where you can get something cold. We handle the daily work ourselves, from checking the stock to cleaning up the counters at the end of the day. Sometimes the fridge acts up or the delivery is late, but that's just part of running a small business in Delhi. We get all kinds of people, from parents picking up kids to folks living around the block. It’s nice seeing the same faces every week. We don't really do big ads or anything like that. People just find us or hear about the shop from their neighbors. The summer months are always the craziest. We stay open late because the heat doesn't let up and everyone wants a treat. It gets pretty loud in here sometimes with all the chatter. We try to keep things simple and honest. You come in, pick what you want, and head home. There isn't much more to it than that. We just focus on keeping the place running and making sure the lights stay on and the ice cream stays frozen. That's our day-to-day life here. We don't need much more than that.
