Deepak Dye Chem Agencies is located over in Ashok Vihar Phase II. We are at B-1/49. It’s a quiet enough area compared to some of the other more industrial parts of the city. We’ve been dealing with dyes and chemicals here for a good while. Our office is more like a small distribution point than a regular shop. We keep a lot of samples around and spend our time talking to suppliers and customers on the phone throughout the day. It’s not the kind of place that looks like a store. It’s more of a workspace where we manage the logistics of orders. Ashok Vihar has its own rhythm, and we’ve fit into it over the years. We aren't a big corporation; it’s just a small group of us handling the daily tasks that come up. Sometimes we have to go out and meet clients at their own factories or offices, so the office might be closed for an hour or two during the middle of the day. We try to keep things running smoothly, but occasionally shipments get delayed and we have to sort out the mess with the transporters. There is always something to do, whether it’s checking the inventory levels or writing out invoices by hand. We don't have a fancy website or any of that. People who need what we sell usually already know where we are located. We just focus on getting the right products to the people who need them. It’s a straightforward way to make a living for us.
