We are based at 10 A/F 2 in Vaishali. It’s a small space where we run Craftfort Digital Services Llp. Vaishali is a nice area, and being here makes it easy for us to stay connected with the local community. We aren't a huge team with a big office building. It’s just a simple room where we handle various digital services. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a bit of noise, but it keeps us cool while we work. We don't have any fancy marketing materials or a big sales pitch. We just take on digital work and do it the best we can. The address is pretty easy to find once you get into the right block. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten to know the other people in the building. We don’t talk about missions or visions; we just talk about what needs to be finished by Friday. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, but we stay focused on our tasks. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and trying to solve technical problems. We like being an LLP because it keeps things flexible for us. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a group of people doing digital work. It’s a practical way to earn a living and we enjoy the simplicity of our setup in Vaishali.
