You can find us at A – 250 in Derawal Nagar. We are on the 2nd Floor, right opposite the Shakti Nagar Telephone Exchange. Being in Delhi – 110009, it’s a pretty central spot. Convergys India Services Pvt. Ltd. has been here for some time now. The office is tucked away on the second floor of this building. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, which happens sometimes. From our windows, we can see the telephone exchange across the road. It’s a good landmark for people trying to find us. Inside, it’s a typical office setup. We have rows of desks and computers. It gets quite loud when everyone is on the phone at the same time. We handle a lot of different service tasks throughout the day. The air conditioning is always running because it gets so hot in Delhi. We have a small area where we keep our bags and eat our lunch. It’s not fancy at all. The paint on the walls is a bit old, and the carpet has seen better days. But it’s a functional space where we get things done. We aren't some big shiny corporate headquarters, just a branch office where people come to work. Most of us have been working together for a while, so we know each other's habits. It’s a steady place with a lot of movement and noise throughout the day.
