We are based in Pitampura at K.P.-148. It is a decent area, a mix of houses and small businesses. We have been operating from here, focusing on electronics and related parts. Our setup is not very large. It is basically a couple of rooms where we keep our stock and a small area for testing things out. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us who handle everything from answering the door to packing up orders. Because we are in a more residential-style block, we try to keep things quiet, but sometimes the deliveries make a bit of a stir. We are not really into the whole marketing scene. We do not have glossy brochures or a fancy sales pitch. If someone needs a particular electronic component, they usually call us up or stop by to see if we have it on the shelf. We spend a lot of time looking at part numbers and making sure everything matches up. It is slow, steady work. We enjoy the fact that it is a bit more relaxed than being in a massive industrial park. We know most of our regular customers by name. It is the kind of place where you can have a cup of tea while you wait for us to find a part. We just keep things simple and try to be honest about what we can and cannot do for people.
