Clinic Elegance

We are over at 13, IInd Floor in Kapil Vihar. Pitampura is a busy place, and we are right there in the middle of it. If you take the metro, you just have to look for Pillar No 349. We are right opposite to that. Being on the second floor means there are some stairs to climb, but we have a lift if your legs are bothering you. We’ve been here for a while now, seeing people for various skin and hair issues mostly. It’s not a huge place, just a few rooms and a desk where we keep the appointments. The waiting area is basic, but we have a water dispenser and some old magazines to pass the time. Delhi summers get really hot, so the AC is usually running full blast. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most people who come in live nearby or work in the shops around Kapil Vihar. The staff here is small. We try to be helpful but sometimes it gets hectic when everyone shows up at once on a Saturday afternoon. It’s a practical setup. We just want to get the work done and help people with their concerns without making a big deal out of it. If the metro is running, the sound is always there in the background, but you get used to it after a few days of working here.
