If you’re looking for us, we’re on the first floor of the HD 6 building on the Main Road in Pitampura. The best way to find the place is to look for Metro Pillar Number 362, as we are right opposite that. The sound of the metro trains passing by is something we’ve just gotten used to over time. Inside the clinic, things are a bit more relaxed. We have the laser equipment in the back rooms and a small front area where people sit while they wait for their turn. The floors are kept very clean, and the lighting is bright so we can see what we’re doing. It’s not a very large clinic, but we’ve arranged the space to make the most of it. We usually have a schedule pinned to the wall to keep track of who is coming in when. The staff spends a lot of time preparing the rooms between appointments. It’s a straightforward kind of place—no fancy waiting room amenities, just some chairs and a desk for the receptionist. Most of our visitors are from the Pitampura area or the nearby blocks. We try to keep things running on time, though sometimes sessions take longer than expected. The main road is always noisy with cars honking, but once you’re inside, it feels much more calm. It’s just us doing our daily work in a spot that’s easy for people to reach by the metro.
