We operate out of East of Kailash, specifically at F-61 on the second floor of the F-50 building. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, especially when we are carrying heavy files or supplies. We’ve been here for quite some time now. It’s more of an office setup than a shop where people walk in off the street. We handle a lot of paperwork and distribution work. The desks are a bit cluttered with folders and pens that don't always work. There are three of us who work here regularly. We make our own tea in the corner on a small electric stove. The windows look out over the street, and we can see the traffic building up in the afternoons. It isn't a fancy glass building with a lobby. It’s just an old residential block turned into work spaces. Sometimes the neighbors’ kids are playing in the stairwell. We spend our days on the phone talking to suppliers and writing down orders. It gets a bit cold in the winter because the walls are thin, so we wear our sweaters inside. We don't have a big marketing department or anything. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they’ve been doing business with us for years. We just try to keep our records straight and make sure the deliveries go out on time. It’s straightforward work in a quiet part of the colony.
