Bhagwan Mahavir Hospital Heart

Over in Rohini, at Sec 14 Extn near Madhuban Chowk, we run the Bhagwan Mahavir Hospital Heart center. It’s a specific kind of place because we focus on heart issues, which means the atmosphere is often a bit more serious and quiet than a general clinic. The hallways are kept very clear so people can move around easily without bumping into things. We have these heavy doors that do a good job of keeping the noise from the busy street outside. You can hear the constant hum of the medical machines if you stand still in the corridor for long enough. The waiting room has some old magazines and some chairs that have seen better days, but they’re comfortable enough for the families who have to stay here for a while. Our nurses spend a lot of time walking back and forth between the different rooms. We try to keep the paperwork in some kind of order, though it’s a constant battle with all the forms and records we have to manage. The lighting is that standard hospital glow, which doesn't really change much whether it's noon or midnight. Sometimes the air conditioning is a bit too cold for some people, so we usually tell them to bring a light sweater along. It’s just the way the cooling system is set up. We’re just here doing the daily rounds and making sure the monitors are working correctly.
