Baskin Robbins

Ice cream is what we do here in Pitampura, and it’s a pretty typical little shop. We see a lot of families, especially in the evenings when the sun goes down and everyone comes out for a walk after dinner. It isn't a huge place, just a counter and some space to stand while you figure out what you want. We get a lot of kids, and they can be a handful when they can’t decide on a flavor, but it keeps the shop feeling lively. The freezer is always humming in the background, and we spend most of our time just keeping the place clean and helping customers. Pitampura is a busy residential area, so we have a lot of neighbors who stop by several times a week. We aren't doing anything fancy or experimental here. We just try to keep the place looking decent and make sure we don't run out of the most popular flavors. It gets really busy on Sunday nights, and sometimes there is a bit of a wait, but most people don't seem to mind too much. We have been here for a while and we are just part of the local routine now. It is a straightforward job, and we enjoy seeing the same faces coming back. Most of the staff live nearby, so it feels like a real neighborhood spot. We just focus on the scoops.
