Avpn Milk Foods Pvt Ltd is situated in Rohini Sector 5, A-3/19. Our day starts much earlier than most people’s. When the sun is just coming up, we’re already busy with the crates and the cold storage units. The facility we have here is all about keeping things at the right temperature. You’ll hear the hum of the cooling units all day long. It’s a clean space because it has to be, but it’s very industrial. We aren't here to host guests in a fancy lobby. We are here to move milk and dairy products. We spend a lot of time checking the dates on everything and making sure the trucks are loaded in the right order. In Sector 5, everyone is moving fast, and we have to keep up with that. Sometimes things go wrong with a machine or a delivery is late, and we just have to figure it out on the fly. It’s not always easy, especially when it’s hot outside and you’re worried about the stock. We’ve got a small team and we all know our roles. We don't talk much about visions or anything like that. We just focus on the crates and the orders for the day. It’s a simple routine that we’ve been following for a while now. We keep the floor washed and the registers ready, and that is about it for our daily work.
