We are located in the Narela Dsidc Industrial Complex at plot A-166. Being in an industrial area like Narela means it’s always loud with trucks and machinery working nearby. Our space is mostly a warehouse and a small area for the administrative side of things. We deal with various goods and supplies, so there is usually a lot of moving boxes and checking crates throughout the day. The air can get a bit dusty because of all the activity in the complex, but that’s normal for this part of Delhi. We have a small group of workers who handle the loading and unloading. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or fancy decor. It’s a working environment meant for getting things moved from one place to another. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and making sure the inventory matches what we have on the shelves. Sometimes things get a bit chaotic when several deliveries arrive at the same time, but we manage to get through it. We don’t really have a sales team going out and meeting people; we just handle the business that comes to our door in the industrial estate. Most of the people we work with are other business owners in the same area. It’s a straightforward, hardworking environment, and we’ve been at this spot for quite a few years now, just doing our daily tasks.
