Arora Interstate Roadways

Sanjay Gandhi Transport Nagar is a place that never really sleeps. Our spot is at CW-177. Arora Interstate Roadways is right in the thick of it, surrounded by big trucks and the smell of diesel. It’s a dusty part of town, and our office gets its fair share of that dust. We spend our time managing routes and making sure the loads are secured before the trucks head out on the long haul. It’s not the kind of job where you wear a suit. Most of the time we’re in boots, walking around the yard or talking to the drivers who just got back from a three-day trip. We’ve been at this for a while, so we know which roads are good and which ones to avoid during the monsoon. The office is just a place to keep the logbooks and grab a cup of tea between arrivals. There’s always someone coming or going, and the noise of engines starting up is just the background music to our day. It’s a tough business sometimes, dealing with breakdowns or delays, but we just take it as it comes. We don't have any fancy tracking screens, just a lot of experience and a phone that stays busy.
