Our small office is tucked away in Room No-02 at Wz-336 in Shakur Pur. If you know Gali No-01 near Rani Bagh Marg, you know it can be a bit of a crowded area. We’ve been running Aquarius Engineers from this spot for a long while now. It is not the kind of place with a big lobby or a receptionist. It is just a simple room where we keep our files and sit at our desks. New Delhi is always loud and busy outside, but we just focus on the engineering work we have to do. Sometimes the power goes out or the traffic is bad, but that is just life in this part of the city. We are a small team and we spend a lot of our time visiting different sites across town. When we are in the office, we are usually drinking tea and going over plans. We don’t bother with much marketing or fancy talk. We just do the technical work that needs doing. The walls are covered with old calendars and maps of the city. It’s a bit cramped with all the equipment and papers, but it works for us. We have been in this neighborhood long enough that we know all the nearby shopkeepers. It is a basic setup, but it’s where all our work starts and ends every single day.
