Active Selection

We are over in Pitam Pura at Cp-120. It’s a pretty well-known part of Delhi and there are always people moving around the complex. Our office for Active Selection is where we handle all our recruitment work, which basically means we spend our days looking through profiles and trying to find the right people for various roles. It’s a lot of desk work and a lot of time spent on the phone talking to candidates. We’ve got a small team here and we’ve been at this location for a while. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular place with computers and desks and maybe a few too many coffee cups. We don’t really do the whole high-pressure sales thing; we just try to be practical and see who fits where. Sometimes it’s a bit quiet, and other times the phones won't stop ringing all afternoon. We like the neighborhood because there are plenty of places to grab a quick snack or lunch when we get a chance. Working in Pitam Pura has its ups and downs, like the traffic in the evenings, but it’s a good home for us. We just try to be honest with the people we talk to and get the jobs filled. It’s a simple way of working and we don't feel the need to make it more complicated than it is. Just a local office doing its thing.
