Aarya Organic Foods & Industries Pvt Ltd is based at Madhuban Chowk, specifically in Vinobapuri, Lajpath Nagar 2, number 200. It’s a busy spot to be in. The office and the storage area stay pretty active with bags of grain or jars of different products being moved around. We don't have a lot of fancy decorations. It's mostly shelves and desks where we keep track of where everything is coming from. We spend a lot of time talking to suppliers and checking the quality of the stuff that arrives at the door. It’s a bit of a juggle sometimes because organic stuff has its own set of rules and shelf life. The traffic around Madhuban Chowk can be a nightmare, so we spend a lot of time planning our deliveries so they don't get stuck for hours. Inside, it’s a bit more organized, but there is always a layer of dust from the grains. We are just a group of people trying to manage the flow of food from the farms to the city. It’s practical work. We deal with the paperwork, we check the seals on the bags, and we make sure the inventory is moving. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s steady. We sit together for lunch and talk about the business and then get back to the packing and the labels. That is pretty much our whole day here in Lajpath Nagar.
