Our shop is B/52 in Phase 2 of the Mangol Puri Industrial Area. It’s not the easiest place to find if you don't know the area, but we are quite close to the Anukampa Banquet Hall. Being in an industrial zone means it is always noisy and there’s a lot of truck movement outside. Inside the shop, the air usually smells like ink and chemicals. We have our machines running most of the day, producing all sorts of printed materials. It’s a messy job sometimes, and we always have stacks of paper and boxes piled up against the walls. We don’t have a fancy front office; people usually just walk right into the middle of the work area. We deal with a lot of other businesses in the industrial area who need stuff printed quickly. Every job is different, some take a few minutes while others take all day to set up. We spend a lot of time cleaning the rollers and making sure the ink levels are right. It’s hard on the back, standing on the concrete floor for hours, but that is just part of the trade. When the banquet hall has an event, the road gets even more crowded, which can make deliveries a bit slow. We just keep our heads down and focus on getting the orders out on time. It’s a straightforward operation here in Mangol Puri, and we like the steady pace of it.
