Kool Technology

Kool Technology is our small tech shop located at 177/10 in Shanti Nagar, which is part of the Khorlim area in Mapusa, Goa. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and most of the locals know where to find us. It’s not a big, polished electronics store. Instead, it’s a working shop where you’ll usually find us surrounded by half-assembled computers and various spare parts. We spend most of our time at the workbench, trying to figure out why a piece of hardware isn't behaving or helping someone set up their new devices. The office part of the shop is just a desk with a lot of sticky notes and a computer for keeping track of our customers. We like being in Khorlim because it has a nice community feel to it. People often drop in just to ask a quick question or to see if we have a specific cable in stock. Our days are rarely the same. One morning we might be fixing a laptop screen, and in the afternoon we could be out helping someone with their home network. We don’t use any fancy language or try to sell people things they don’t need. We just tell them what’s wrong and how we can fix it. It’s a practical, hands-on business. The shop can get a bit cluttered when we have a lot of repairs waiting, but we manage to keep things moving. It’s just our way of providing a useful service here in Mapusa.
