We are located on the ground floor of the Daulat Building, which sits right on 18th June Road in St Inez. It’s a very central spot, especially being so close to the pharmacy college. Because of that, there is always a stream of students walking past and the road is usually clogged with traffic. Being on the ground floor is handy for us because we don’t have to deal with stairs, and people can see us from the street. Our office is pretty plain. We have a few desks, some computers, and a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves. It’s not a corporate showroom; it’s just where we do our work. Some days it gets quite humid, and the air feels heavy, but we just keep the windows open and get on with it. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or typing away at our desks. It’s a lot of routine stuff that might seem boring to some, but it keeps the business going. We’ve been in this building for quite a while and have seen many shops come and go on 18th June Road. We like the neighborhood because everything is within walking distance. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. We just come in, handle the paperwork, and talk to the people who need our help. It’s a regular job in a busy part of the city.
