Flooid Llp is based out of Landscape By The Bay in Caranzalem. We’re in bungalows 12 and 13, which is a pretty decent spot near Panaji. Being by the bay is nice, especially when the weather is good and you can see the water. It’s not your typical office setting, which is exactly why we like it. We moved in here because we wanted a space that felt a bit more like home and less like a cubicle farm. It’s a North Goa location, so it’s busy enough but tucked away just enough to get work done. We’ve got a small team and we all just pitch in where needed. There’s no hierarchy here where people are afraid to talk to each other. We drink a lot of coffee and spend a lot of time on our laptops. Sometimes we have meetings out on the porch if it’s not too hot. It’s a practical way to run a business. We aren't trying to be the next big thing; we just want to do good work for the people who hire us. The address 14/407 might sound complicated but it’s easy enough once you’re in Caranzalem. We’ve been here for a bit now and have settled into a good routine. It’s just us, working away by the bay, trying to keep everything moving forward. We don't need much more than that to stay happy with our day-to-day operations and projects.
