It is not a traditional office building with a lobby or an elevator operator. It is just an apartment that we have turned into a workspace. It is comfortable and it keeps us grounded. We like the vibe in Duler. It is got a bit of everything. Zion Square is a nice complex and the neighbors are mostly families or other small setups like ours. We do not have any big signs or fancy decorations. Our desks are pushed up against the walls and we just focus on what is on our screens. Sometimes we take a break and look out the window at the traffic in Mapusa, but mostly we are just busy. Ecpm Media Solutions Llp is a small operation. We do not have any layers of management or anything like that. We just talk to each other and get the jobs finished. It is a humble place to work, but it suits us just fine. Being in North Goa gives us a good sense of place. We are just a local business in a local apartment.
