Advanced Composites Pvt. Ltd. is based at Plot No.77, 78, 89 and 90 in the Bicholim Industrial Estate. We spend most of our days right here in this corner of Goa. It’s a large space across several plots, so there is always something going on in one of the buildings. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with all the other units nearby, but you get used to that pretty quickly. The road leading into the estate can be a bit bumpy, especially after the heavy monsoon rains we get. We’ve been here for quite a while now. Most of our mornings start with a quick check of the machinery before we just get down to work. It’s not a flashy place, just a workspace where we do our thing with composites. The humidity can be a bit much in the summer months, so we keep the big fans going all day. It’s a bit of a maze back here in these plots; people sometimes get lost trying to find number 89 or 90. We just tell them to look for the big gate near the bend in the road. There isn't much to say other than we are a local group of people trying to keep things running. We take our breaks together and talk about the news or whatever is happening in the town. It’s quiet in the evenings after everyone else heads home.
