We are based in Hardevpuri, specifically at E-502, Gali No 12. This is in the 110093 area of Delhi. If you know Delhi, you know these streets can be narrow and very busy. It’s a lively neighborhood with a lot of energy. We’ve been tucked away in Gali No 12 for quite a while now, handling things for Voltas. The office is simple and practical. We don’t have space for anything that isn't necessary for the job. Most of the time, we are busy answering calls and coordinating with technicians who are out in the field. Delhi summers are no joke, so we are always on our toes during the heatwaves. Everyone wants their AC working, and we do our best to keep up with that. It’s a noisy, hectic place sometimes, but that’s just life in this part of the city. We know the local shops and the people who live around us. It’s a tight-knit community in Hardevpuri. We don’t use big marketing slogans or try to sound more important than we are. We are just a local team working out of a small street to make sure people stay cool. It’s hard work, but it’s honest. We don’t have a big fancy storefront, but people find us because we’ve been here long enough to be a known part of the block.
