We are based in Delhi, specifically in the Shahdara area. Our office is located in the L.I.G. Flats at C-1129, East of Loni Road. If you know this part of Delhi, you know how packed and busy it gets with all the people and traffic. We work with hydraulics, which mostly involves things like pumps, valves, and various types of heavy machinery parts. It might seem a little strange to have an industrial business based in a residential flat, but we have made it work for us over the years. It is mostly where we handle the paperwork and keep some of the smaller spare parts in stock. The really heavy work usually happens out at the customer sites or in a separate workshop. Our office walls are covered with old calendars and stacks of technical catalogs. We don't have a big marketing budget or a dedicated sales team. Usually, the phone just rings because someone has a machine that stopped working or a valve that is leaking, and we go out to help. Loni Road is always congested, so getting anywhere usually takes a lot longer than we plan for. We drink a lot of chai during the day while we wait for deliveries or phone calls. It is not a very glamorous job, but it is what we know how to do. We are just trying to keep the machines running in a city that never stops moving.
