Residence Cum Clinic

Our place is at C-7/18. It’s a Residence Cum Clinic, so it’s half-home and half-work for us. We’ve been here for years. It’s a simple setup. One part of the house is where we live, and the other part is where we see people. There isn't a big sign or a fancy lobby. It’s just a door with the number C-7/18 on it. We keep the clinic area tidy and ready. It’s got a couple of chairs for waiting and a desk where we keep the ledger. It’s mostly neighbors and local folks who come by. They know they can just knock. We don't have a website or a big marketing plan. Word of mouth is how most people find us. It’s a quiet way to run a clinic. I usually have the radio on low in the background. The floors are tile, so they stay cool in the summer. We spend a lot of time just keeping things running smoothly. It’s not a complicated life. We wake up, open the clinic side, and wait to see who needs help. The address C-7/18 is easy enough to find if you're looking for it. The front porch has some plants that I try to keep alive, though I forget to water them sometimes. Our clinic doesn't feel like a hospital because it's part of where we live. We use the same entrance for the clinic as we do for our groceries. It’s just how we’ve always done it.
