Raja Engg. Works

We are over at N-72, tucked away on Street Number 15 in the Third Pushta area of Brahampuri. Raja Engg. Works is what we call ourselves, though most locals in Shahdara just know us by the building. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of narrow streets and people moving about. Our workshop is usually full of noise and scraps, but that’s how we like it. It means things are getting done. We didn’t start with a big office; we just needed a roof over our heads and some space for the tools. Over time, we’ve just stayed in this same spot. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you aren’t used to the layout of Brahampuri, but we’ve been here so long it feels like home. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the front of the shop looks. The focus is always on the benches and the machines. Sometimes the electricity acts up, or the street gets blocked by a delivery, but we manage. It’s just a small group of us working day in and day out. We don’t have any big corporate goals or anything. We just want to do the work and go home to our families at the end of the day.
