Eagle Pvt Ltd. is based at B-58, Lane No.4, in Rama Garden. This is part of Karawal Nagar in Delhi-93. To find us, you have to navigate through some narrow lanes, and Lane No.4 is usually full of kids playing or people moving their bikes around. Our office is more like a converted house than a corporate headquarters. We have a heavy gate at the entrance and a small courtyard where we park a few scooters. Inside, the rooms are filled with desks and a lot of wires running along the floors. It’s a bit of a maze, but we know where everything is kept. We don't really use a lot of fancy terminology here. Most of the time, we are just talking about the tasks at hand or complaining about how the Delhi heat is affecting the machines. Karawal Nagar can be a tough place to work because of the traffic and the dust, but we’ve made a decent space for ourselves here at B-58. We have a small pantry where we make tea, and that’s usually where the best conversations happen. It’s a simple operation. We aren't looking to change the world; we are just a local company trying to stay busy and take care of the daily business. Everyone knows their job, and we don't need a lot of supervision to get things done. It feels more like a family workshop than a company.
