Our office is over in Yamuna Vihar, at B-1/17A. Raj Decomats has been around this neighborhood for a while now. We deal with mats and various flooring stuff for homes and offices. It’s not the most exciting business in the world, but people always need something for their floors. The space we have is filled with rolls of material and samples of different colors. It can get a bit disorganized when we have a lot of stock coming in at once, but we know where everything is kept. We are just a small group of people working together. We don't wear suits or have big meetings in boardrooms. Usually, we are just talking to customers about what kind of matting would work for their specific situation. Yamuna Vihar is a nice area, and we like being part of the local community. We see a lot of the same people coming back when they move house or want to change things up. We don't spend money on big ads or commercials. We figure if we do a decent job, people will tell their friends. It's a bit of a trek to get here if you aren't from this side of town, but we stay busy enough throughout the year. We try to be fair with everyone who walks through the door. Sometimes the shipments are late, and we have to tell people to wait, which isn't ideal, but we stay honest.
