Beeq Events

We started Beeq Events out of a small space here in Vishwas Nagar, mostly because we liked putting things together for neighbors. It is just us working from Subhash Gali at 9/112. It gets pretty loud around here sometimes but we manage to get the work done. People usually come by when they have a wedding or a small birthday coming up and need some help with the planning part. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. Just some chairs, a desk, and a lot of lists. Sometimes the phone rings all day and other times it is quiet. It is a local business and we know most of the people who walk past our door. Dealing with tents or lights can be a bit of a mess during the rain, but we've learned how to handle it over the years. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to make sure the chairs show up on time and the decorations don't fall down. If you walk down Subhash Gali, you will see our sign. It isn't new but it works. We spend a lot of time on our feet and usually have tea while going over the day's schedule. It is honest work and we enjoy being part of the community here. Every event is different and that keeps things interesting for us, even if it means long nights sometimes.
