We are tucked away in the LIG Flats over here at GTB Enclave in Delhi. It's not a fancy glass building or anything like that. Most days the traffic on the main road is pretty loud, but inside the flat, it stays mostly quiet enough to get work done. We have our desks set up in a way that makes the most of the space we have here in Pocket E. It's a bit of a walk from the metro station, so most of us end up taking an auto if the weather is too hot or if it’s raining. There’s a small tea stall just a few buildings down where we usually go around four in the afternoon to stretch our legs. The neighbors around here are mostly families who have lived in these flats for years. Sometimes you hear kids playing outside in the common area while we are finishing up emails. Ibm India Pvt Limited has been at 188 D for a while now. We don't have a big sign out front, just the address on the door so people know they found the right place. The internet acts up sometimes when it rains hard, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. We keep things pretty simple here. Everyone knows where the extra pens are kept and who usually finishes the water bottle first. It’s just a normal workplace where we show up and do what needs doing.
