Habitual Pure Masala Private Limited

Our place is over in Khajoori Khas at F-377, which is the old number 3. We spend most of our time grinding spices. It is a very dusty job. You can smell the chili and turmeric from way down the street. We have been here in this part of Delhi for a long time. People come to us when they need pure masalas for their own cooking at home. We do not add anything extra to the bags. It is just the spices. It takes a lot of work to get the mix right. My father started this and now we just keep it going as a family. The machines are old but they still work fine if you treat them right. We spend our mornings sorting through big bags of whole spices. We have to look for stones or bits of wood that should not be there. Then everything goes into the grinder. Khajoori Khas is a busy area with lots of shops everywhere. Our building is not anything special to look at from the outside. It is just a regular spot with a heavy door to keep the spice dust in. We sell to local shops and some people who just walk in from the road. It is a loud place when the motors are running. We wear masks so we do not sneeze all day from the pepper. It is just a regular business.
