Our spot is in the Navrachna Apartment complex, specifically at D-25 Teleware. It’s a quiet enough place to work, though being so close to the Karkardooma Court means there’s always a lot of movement in the area. You see people in black coats rushing around with files all day long, especially in the afternoons. We’ve been set up in this apartment for a while now. It feels more like a home than a strict office, which is how we like it. The rooms are a bit small and we’ve had to squeeze in extra tables as we got busier. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we’d like to admit. It keeps us moving, I guess. The walls are painted a plain off-white color and we have a few plants on the windowsills that we try our best to keep alive, though they look a bit thirsty sometimes. We spend a lot of time on our phones or looking at screens, dealing with the day-to-day tasks that keep everything running. It’s not always exciting, but it’s steady work. We know the security guards at the gate and the people living in the other units. There is a sense of being part of the building's daily life. We drink a lot of tea while we sort through the latest batch of files or wait for emails to come through on the computer.
