Artisan Engineering Works

Our shop is at 1463, Street No-52, which is tucked away in Jaffrabad. If you’re familiar with Seelampur, you know how these streets can be. It’s a busy, tight area with lots of small businesses lined up one after another. We do engineering work here, so there is usually the sound of metal hitting metal or some machine running. The air smells like oil and iron most of the time. It’s a real workshop. We don’t have a fancy waiting room. You just walk in and see the tools and the workbenches. Street 52 is quite narrow, so getting things in and out takes some coordination. There’s always someone passing by or a cycle rickshaw trying to get through. We spend our hours at the machines. It’s a lot of physical effort. The lighting inside isn’t the brightest, but we have lamps over the main work areas. People in the neighborhood know us as the place with the noise coming from inside. We’ve been in this spot in Jaffrabad for quite some time now. Everything we do is done right here on the premises. We don’t outsource the basic tasks. It’s just us and the equipment we use every day. Sometimes the heat gets a bit much in the summer, but we keep the fans going. It’s a gritty, honest kind of place where things actually get built or fixed. We just focus on the metal and the measurements for the jobs people bring us.
