A B Brand Masala

Our place, A B Brand Masala, is at House No-33 on Street No-7 in Mandoli Extension. We are located near the Mandoli Chungi area, which is a place with a lot of movement and small businesses. We work out of a house, so the atmosphere is very informal. The street outside is narrow and can get crowded with bikes and people walking. Inside, we have rooms dedicated to sorting and mixing the spices. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks; we just focus on the work at hand. The air is always thick with the smell of chili, turmeric, and cumin. It makes us sneeze sometimes, but we are used to it by now. We have a few simple machines for grinding, but a lot of the work is still done by hand, like cleaning the raw spices and filling the pouches. The house has been our base for a long time. There are no corporate meetings or big presentations here. We just sit on the floor or on small stools and get to work. The neighbors know what we do because of the aroma that drifts out of the windows on Street No-7. It’s a honest, local business. We keep our records in handwritten notebooks and mostly deal with people we have known for years. It’s just the way things are done in Mandoli Extension. We keep the front door open during the day to let some air in. It’s just how we operate.
