Our shop is right there at 195 A on Church Mission Road in Fatehpuri. If you know the area, you know how busy it gets with all the people and the rickshaws everywhere. We have been handling dairy for quite some time. Mostly, people come to us for the paneer because we make it fresh throughout the day. You can see the big blocks sitting there on the counter. It isn't a large place, just enough room for the refrigerators and the space where we weigh everything out. The morning starts really early for us, usually before the sun is even up properly, because that is when the milk deliveries arrive. We spend most of the day cutting, weighing, and packing. It gets messy sometimes with the water and the milk, but that is just part of the job. There are no fancy signs or big advertisements here. People just walk in because they live nearby or they’ve heard we have what they need. Sometimes the crowd gets a bit much, especially during festival times when everyone wants to make sweets or special dishes at home. We just keep our heads down and serve the next person in line. The shop has stayed pretty much the same for years. We haven't felt the need to change things around much. It's a simple business on a very busy street, and that works for us and the people who shop with us.
