Shulabh Seeds Private Limited operates out of a house in Bhalswa Village. Specifically, we are at H No 575 on the first floor. It’s a bit different from being in a high-rise office building. Bhalswa is a place with a lot of character and it’s tucked away in North Delhi. The roads are a bit narrow and you’ll often see cows or local traffic blocking the way. Our office is basically a converted part of the building. It feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes, which we don't mind. We have our desks set up and the first-floor windows look out over the street life below. It’s often quite loud with kids playing or people shouting greetings. We’ve been here for a good while and the locals know us. We don’t go in for big advertisements or anything flashy. People who need seeds usually find us through word of mouth or by just walking up the stairs. It’s a simple life here. We handle the paperwork and manage the distribution from this small space. There’s a lot of activity in the village and we are just one part of it. It’s not a polished corporate environment, just a small business running out of a local neighborhood. We like the pace of things here. It's practical and doesn't need much explanation.
