Shimac Organics Pvt. Ltd. is situated at Cff-7 in the Ansal Dilkush Industrial Estate. We are right on the G. T. Karnal Road in Azadpur, which means the traffic is almost always heavy. If you know the area, we are quite close to Hans Cinema, which is a place most people use to find their way around here. Being in an industrial estate like Ansal Dilkush means we are surrounded by all kinds of other businesses. It is a very busy environment, with goods being loaded and unloaded at all hours. Our space is functional and designed for work, not for showing off. We deal with organic products, so we spend a lot of time checking on supplies and managing the inventory we have on hand. It can get a bit hectic, especially when the G. T. Karnal Road is backed up, but we managed to find our rhythm over the years. We aren't a corporate giant with a thousand rules; we are just a group of people trying to run a solid business. Sometimes the office gets a bit hot in the summer because the building is older, but we just keep the fans going and stay focused on the tasks. It’s a very grounded way to work. We like being in Azadpur because it feels like the heart of the trade, even if it is a bit loud and dusty most of the time.
