We’re located up in North Delhi, right near the Government School. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know the school. SHELTERA CONSULTANTS has been in this area for a good while. The neighborhood is fairly quiet compared to the center of the city, which we like. Our office is just a simple space where we sit and work on various consulting projects. We don’t have any flashy signs or expensive furniture. It’s mostly just shelves full of folders and a few laptops. We deal with people who need help with their building plans or property stuff. It’s straightforward work. We don’t try to act like we’re a big international firm. We’re just local people helping other local people. Sometimes the kids from the school make a bit of noise during their break, but it’s a nice sound to have in the background. We stay busy with the work that comes in through word of mouth. We don’t spend money on ads. If someone is happy with what we did, they tell their neighbor, and that’s how we keep going. It’s a slow and steady way to run a business. We like it that way. No stress, just focusing on the job at hand and making sure we don't miss anything important. The winters here are cold, so we usually have a small heater running by the desk. It’s just a normal office doing normal things day after day.
