Salubrious Nuts Private Limited

Our building is over in Iradat Nagar, near the MCD school. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you aren’t from this part of Delhi. We are on the first floor of a building in Naya Bans. The space is mostly filled with big sacks of almonds, cashews, and walnuts. When you walk in, the first thing you notice is that earthy smell of dry fruits. We spend most of our hours weighing things out on the scales and sealing bags. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but it has to be done right. The landmark near the school makes it easier for the delivery trucks to find us, otherwise, they’d get lost in these lanes. It gets dusty, and the floors are concrete, so we wear sturdy shoes. We aren't a big fancy company with a polished office. It’s more of a warehouse setup where the focus is on moving the stock. We check the nuts for any bad ones before they go into the smaller packs. Sometimes the heat in Delhi makes it tough, so we have to keep the storage area cool. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here. We drink a lot of tea while we work and talk about the market prices. We’ve been at this for a while and just keep things simple. Dealing with Kh. No. 265/2 means we deal with heavy lifting every morning.
