Our place is at B-95 in the Wazirpur Industrial Area. If you know North Delhi, you know Wazirpur is full of factories and small workshops. It’s a real working-class area. Saffire Crop Science Private Limited has its setup right here among the others. It’s an industrial plot, so expect a lot of noise from the neighboring units. There’s usually a lot of scrap metal or materials being moved around in the lanes outside. Our building is a sturdy one, built for work rather than looking good. Inside, we have our office space and some storage. It’s a bit cramped sometimes when a new shipment comes in, but we make it work. The staff here has been around for a long time. We drink tea from the stall at the corner and talk about the day’s tasks. There is no corporate polish in this part of town. We deal with crop science products and that requires a lot of logistical coordination. Being in an industrial zone makes that easier for us. The streets can be a bit messy when it rains, but that’s just Wazirpur for you. We don't have any fancy mission statements on the walls. We just come in, check the books, and see to it that things are moving as they should. It is just a regular place where people work hard.
