You’ll find us at 1062 Bazar Chitli Qabar, right across from Suiwalan. This part of the city is very old and the streets are narrow, filled with the smell of food and the sound of people talking. Our dental clinic has been here for years, squeezed into the fabric of the bazaar. It’s a modest place, nothing like those big modern clinics you see in the malls. We serve the local community who have lived in these lanes for generations. The space inside is tight, and we have to be organized to make it work. Most of our patients are people we see every day on the street. We don't do any big advertising; word of mouth is how everyone knows we are here. If someone has a bad tooth, they just walk over and see if we have a gap in the schedule. It can get pretty noisy outside, but once you’re in the chair, we just focus on the work. We aren't interested in being fancy. We just want to provide a basic, reliable service to our neighbors in Chitli Qabar. It’s a lot of hard work, especially in the heat of summer, but we’ve been part of this bazaar for so long that we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. We keep the kettle going for tea when things slow down in the evening.
