Ritu Fab Llp

Our shop, Ritu Fab Llp, is in the heart of Chandni Chowk, in a place called Katra Neel. We are at number 5 in House 614/A, right on Gali Ghanteshwar. If you’ve ever been to this part of Old Delhi, you know how crowded and narrow the lanes are. This is a historic area and our building has been around for a very long time. We sell fabrics and the shop is usually packed with bundles of cloth from floor to ceiling. There’s barely enough room for more than two or three people to stand at once. Most days are spent dealing with customers who come in looking for specific types of material. It’s a noisy, vibrant place and there’s always a chai seller passing by. No air conditioning here, just a couple of old ceiling fans that buzz constantly. It gets incredibly hot in the peak of summer, but we’re used to it by now. We’ve been part of this market for years and we know all the other shopkeepers around us. Relationships matter more than anything else in this traditional way of doing business. We don't have a website or do any online ads. People just know our shop and where to find us in the maze of Katra Neel. It’s a humble setup but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We just keep things moving and focus on the day ahead.
