Rimjhim Ice Cream Factory

We are located right on the Main Road in Chandni Chowk, not too far from Niranjan Road. Being in such a busy part of town means there is always something going on outside our doors. Inside, it’s a different story. We are a factory, so it’s all about the production process here. We have various machines for churning and freezing, and they make a fair bit of noise throughout the day. The staff is mostly local guys who have been with us for a while. We start early in the morning to get the first batches going. It can get pretty messy when we're mixing everything up, so cleaning is a big part of our daily routine. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. It’s just a practical workspace where we get the job done. Sometimes the heat outside makes the refrigeration units work extra hard, so we have to keep a close eye on them. We produce quite a bit of stock and it goes out to various vendors in the area. People in Chandni Chowk know where we are if they need to talk about an order. We don't spend much time on talk though. We just focus on the work at hand. It’s a lot of physical labor, moving tubs and stacking boxes. Every day is pretty much the same, but we like the rhythm of it. It’s just how things are at the factory.
